This number in the caller id , there people claim to be from IRS.  It's a scam.

Immediately, I knew it was a scam!  For one thing, if the IRS wanted to "file lawsuit against you"(poor grammar on their part), they most certainly would not call you on your cell phone... men in suits would be knocking at your front door, and you would have gotten more than a few certified letters.  For another, the IRS does not 'robo-call'. Please, my friends, do not fall for these scammers, as they will empty your bank account with just a few keystrokes. Stay Safe!

Call received 9/10/15 at 1:47pmCDT. Caller states that IRS has filed a lawsuit against me; instructs call 509-228-7206. I did not return call but did report scam to local police.

just left a message claiming to be an IRS agent filing a law suit.  I will not call back as I know this is a scam.

I am a financial advisor, my client got a call from this number. I read these posts and called the number back. Definitely as scam. Do not give them any correct information!

Just got two calls from this number in Berkeley CA - one at 13:23 and the other at 14:36.

Called and left a message saying IRS wants to sue. I don't get many spammers, so I almost believed them!! This spamming needs to stop!! Somebody do something.

They left a voicemail saying they were IRS and they had a lawsuit against me. I called them back immediately and a middle eastern woman identified herself as IRS Agent Brown. I told her I was a certified law enforcement and told her I would be coming after hem for scamming people. She asked me why I would call back if I didn't think they were IRS. I again told her I was a law enforcement officer and I would go after them for harassment if they "[***] continued their [***]." She said "[***] you" and hung up.

I received a call saying the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me ir somebody in the home   well if you are retired, now just how do that work, 😊 really a scam for sure!!!

I keep getting this phone call stating the IRS wants to sue me.

I called this number back just to see what they said.  A person with an Indian accent answered and asked me to verify my phone number.  He couldn't even pronounce my last name and then wanted me to confirm my first name.  I told him I was not comfortable with this since there are so many comments indicating it was a scam.  He said it is not a scam.  I asked why so many people would say it is and the he hung up.  Can't these people just get a real job!?

I was called from 509-228-7206 stating that I owed the IRS over $3,000.00 !! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

I got the same call this morning.  I never pick up if I don't know CID or phone number.  However, there was a message
left which seems to have been partially cutoff.  Something like "Please call us regarding this case" Sounds like
a scam to me !!!!!

Received this robocall today (9/11/15).  Gave call back number of 509-228-7206.  Clearly a call.  Did not call back.

509-228-7206 is a fraudulent call claiming to be the IRS do not return their call and report them for fraud

This number robo called me 9/11/2015.  Did not answer.  Also said that the IRS was suing me.
