Robocall - IRS scam - saying they filed a lawsuit against me - asked me to call back at this number...

Yep I just received a call from the same number. All Fraud. Too bad I can't pay them a visit.

The IRS reminds people that they can know pretty easily when a supposed IRS caller is a fake. Here are five things the scammers often do but the IRS will not do. Any one of these five things is a tell-tale sign of a scam. The IRS will never:
Call to demand immediate payment, nor will we call about taxes owed without first having mailed you a bill..

Demand that you pay taxes without giving you the opportunity to question or appeal the amount they say you owe.

Require you to use a specific payment method for your taxes, such as a prepaid debit card.

Ask for credit or debit card numbers over the phone.

Threaten to bring in local police or other law-enforcement groups to have you arrested for not paying.

Yes they  called me today.  They said I would be arrested shortly if I didn't pay the money. I realized it was a scam when they asked me what my name was 3 times and my phone number 4 times
Too bad--no money this time

claims to be the irs and this is their final call to let me know I have committed fraud against the irs and they are issuing a warrant for my arrest.

Called me saying I will be arrested for not paying my taxes. They also called me from another number. 509-262-6110.
