Caller stated that the IRS was filing a law suite against me and I better call this no. back, 509-288-4629.  They do not contact you this way so I did not call back.

I have received several calls similar to this one in which a recording informs me that the IRS is filing a law suit against me. I called back once to be told that the IRS was going to send a Police officer to my house to take my home as collateral along with everything I own. At this point I knew I was being scammed and let the conversation proceed no further. Do not be duped by these jackals, the IRS does not behave in this manner!

This phone call reported  that the IRS has a lawsuit against me.  We owe nothing to the IRS.  This number has also been reported to the TIGTA web site of the IRS. From this web site, I know it is a scam.

A co-worker received the same message and when she called the caller told her he was going to kill her. If you get a call from this number reported to the FBI www.ic3.gov.

still getting calls daily from 509-288-4629; my phone carrier said to report it to the police dept. that they can not do anything about harassing calls.

Same here. Another number was: 202-517-6444. Foreign accent and refused to give me a badge # and the name.

I received a call from 509-288-4629 and the recording stated "this is the last and final notice the IRS is trying to contact you; please call immediately" I called the # spoke to man with an accent named officer ben pearson. I gave him a fake name and he said he was looking for debra. I told him he had the wrong#. I went to the TIGTA website and reported the call

I am a police officer and they tried to call me lol. Called me a MF and said F you and hung up on me. I believe it would be safe to say it is not real. #WrongPerson

The IRS is filing a law suite against you

Female voice left message twice on answering machine saying the IRS was going to sue me. I called back and was hung up on when I asked for person to provide me with their information and location because I dont do business like this over the phone and I was hung up on. The number that has called my house is 509 288 4629

This scam is still in operation.  Got a call yesterday and the caller left a recorded message stated that the IRS was filing a law suite against me and I better call back to 509-288-4629 to avoid future problems.  IRS does not contact anyone this way so best to ignore these jerks.
