There is a law suit filed against me and to call now.and asked for me by name.

Rec'd 2 calls from this number today. They said they are calling from the IRS, which is filing a lawsuit against me.

atleast 4 calls but today "officially final notice, call immediately or lawsuit to follow.  I tried call the 800# for the IRS, left on hold forever.  This isn't right.  A lot of people will think this is legit and give out SS#. If it is legit I would have rec'd official documentation in the mail.  Who calls home numbers anymore.  Only rec'd call on my home number not cell.

This is the second message I have received from this # saying the irs has a law suit against me.  This is bull [***].  When you call the number it just rings busy.  Something needs to be done about

I recieved a phone call automated that the IRS has a suit against me and to call the number.

A call was received (automated) that the IRS will be filing a suit against us and to call back.

Keep calling my phone and when I answer it says from Irs but when I call back its busy. I sick of they mess so I blocked them and reported them to regulatory services. Its a scam cause the Irs will come to your door or send papers. Im gonna file a lawsuit on they a++! Lol

Received 2 messages and a third call from David Brown, the name I was given. This person knew my name and indicated that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me for $3896 and had made several attempts to deliver the paperwork to me. I asked alot of questions and he became agivated and hung up on me. I called back and he answered...I requested to speak to a supervisor and he stated that I would speak to him or I could just hang up.

2 calls today on answering machine with automated message saying IRS is suing me and call for information

Got 2 robo-calls from this number and also said IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. This is so awful because some people might be taken in.
