saw call come in on my fitbit from "Haiti" then voicemail on my cellphone showed Spokane washington and the voicemail said to call back for "information on this file." Definitely scam-blocking and reporting number.

called stating that they were irs filing lawsuit against me

Phone showed Haiti, so I definitely didn't answer.  Left VM. When I went to play the VM, it showed Spokane, WA.  VM had an automated voice that asked for a callback to the same number for information. "Please call back immediately on our department number 509-315-3012."
Called once at 9:33 and now again at 12:23.  Blocked the call.

IRS threatens lawsuit -automated voice; 2x  & roughly same times as C.B. report.

Same voicemail as cb, called back one busy. Mine shows WA, USA. 11:20 and 2:09

I have received two calls from 509-315-3012 showng this number is from Spokane, Washington with a message that it was the IRS & they are preparing to file a lawsuit against us & requesting I return the call advising.  I did not.

I received an automated message that this was a "department number" (their words) and someone was filing a lawsuit against me.  It's totally fabricated.  I do not know anyone in the Spokane WA area, I have never been to Washington state, and I live far away from this jurisdiction.  Besides, you would never get an automated message from ANY government agency (IRS, police, etc) if it was a REAL lawsuit.   Just block this number.  Don't even call it back.  It is a scam!

I received a call from this number this morning threatening suit from the IRS. I ignored it. Then about 5 min ago they called back threatening that this was the last notice and that I was being sued by the IRS.

I got the same message.

Got this same phone call, it was an automated recording stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me, I called the number back, blocked my number the first time & it said it was a wrong number, called back again unblocked and it rang busy. Stressful, but so fake... UUGGGHHHHHHH!!!!

I received 3 times call from this number threatening IRS was filling lawsuit against me. I called back 509 315-3012 twice, but the phone was  busy.
It showed Spokane WA.

message said "you are being audited by the IRS."

Got two calls in two days, same thing.  IRS threatening a law suit.  It's a bunch of garbage!
