Called claiming IRS going to sue.

This a scam do not fall it   They scammers will try to scare u into thinking u will go to jail. It is scam

They called me....said my account was going to be ceased. ...drivers license taken away....and arrested in a few hours...

Yes I just got the call and was told the same thing.  When I started to question him he hung up. i called that number on my call Id and it was the same person with a very heavy accent (sounds like my friend from India). I am calling the IRS and reporting this. Don't fall for it, its a scam!

They will also leave you a voicemail instructing you to call them about your case. I'd prefer to meet these people in person...

Pleasant female voice with the same IRS pitch.   Left message.

Recorded message saying IRS filing lawsuit. Have left message with my attorney and tax accountants, and will be notifying the IRS. Man this is stupid called me at 3 am and scared the crap out of me when the phone rang stupid telemarketers and scammers.

I had a missed call from this number giving me a claim #, but bwhen I called back they told me they were from the IRS, so I immediately told them to (explicit language) themselves. I have blocked the number and hope I don't get some ridiculous charges on my next bill. Ugh!!!!!  Don't fall for this scam.

Here is another LAME attempt at a scoundrel (my clean version) trying to scam money off of poor, naive, unsuspecting people. They've upped their game to an automated voice, but still have the same bad English as the live voices that have called in the past.

The foreign originators don't use definite or indefinite articles like "the" and "a"
"IRS is filing lawsuit against you"   LOL......  Drop off the face of the earth and die FRAUDSTERS!!
