2nd call today from "IRS" threatening a lawsuit and saying it is their "final notice".  First time the call came from 360 807 5106 and read comments here that it was a scam.  Woman's recorded voice, telling you to call them back immediately.  After reading that it was a scam, called and man with broken english answered.  I asked them for their official website.  He wanted to know why.  I told him so that I could ensure that it was not a scam.  He couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.

Got a call from that number, didn't pick up.  Unlike other scams, this one actually left a voice mail saying something about a "case file" and to call back.  Added the number to the block list.

Operator says, the Irs has a lawsuit against me, call the follies number.  It's a scam.  Did not teturn call.

Again with the "IRS" call? And from a different number than the one this morning to my landline ... have blocked 360-807-5106 as well as 509-383-4041. Report these creeps to the FTC!

Recorded women's voice threatening a lawsuit from the IRS if I didn't call back immediately.  Didn't do anything about it.  Googled the tel phone # and found Lisa's message..

Received a recorded message about IRS filing a lawsuit against us.  Laughed a little, called the number any just for amusement, and the person who answered sounded like they were in some type of call center.  Under normal circumstances I would've spoke to him just to talk about nonsense, but considering he wasn't very fluent in English I just told him I had the wrong number.

Same scenario @ my house today, Lisa. First call was from the '360' number earlier today.  Then got the same voice message from the '509' number an hour or so ago.

I would like to audit him for a change.

Amazing why these guys haven't been booked yet.

Call came in at 8:30am with the same IRS is going to sue you message   Woke up my elderly mother and she's not pleasant when that happens. Ah well,  another beautiful day here in TN!

We received a call from this number as well today and they left a message though they didn't indicate a name...just that they were the IRS and calling in regards to a pending lawsuit.  We did call the # back and it just rang and rang rang.  Luckily we checked this site to see that this is a scam.  Hopefully we didn't trigger anything by calling and it just ringing, but ultimately, they are calling us too and now we know it's a scam. Spread the word!

I called this number responding to an automated phone message, suspected it was an IRS scam.  Agent Stacy Watson" answered the phone who said a federal court case was filed against me for $3,986 unpaid taxes and a warrant was out for my arrest.  And if I didn't pay "right now," I would be arrested in 45 minutes and could fight it "in the courthouse," which she said was in Washington DC.  I asked her for my court date so I could go.  She said it's too late.  Wonder if I should take a shower.  HILARIOUS!!!  She also was Asian and very difficult to understand.

Indian  accent, threatening arrest seizure of bank account,license and passport, he'll give me time to get the money.

Received two calls today with recorded message from 590-383-4041, only received half the message. I called number and person said she was from IRS and would seize everything I own if I didn't pay back taxes. I hung up.
SCAM

This is a fraudulent!! Got the same call from this number 1509 383 4041 first it's a robotic voice lady saying your are being audited by the IRS in the message. I then returned the phone call and was told that paper work for my audit was being with held in at a Washington court house and they would cease my DL, BANK ACCT, and Issue me a WRRENT if I didn't come up with the money audit was 3000$$ I was pissed and told the lady that I would like to talk to someone more informed about my case. So I was put on hold after 10 mins waiting and then being hung up on I knew it was a SCAM written all over it!!
it sounds like they are doing this from a call center?? The ladies voice sounded Indian/Pakistani a little broken English but knew what she was saying..

I called them knowing it was a scam from your site.  Foreign female voice answered saying she was the IRS.  She asked for my phone number and I said I wouldn't give it unless she could verify that she was really IRS.  I asked for their official website.  She didn't answer and I told her that I knew she was a scam due to checking out the phone number in advance and that I would go to police with the phone number. She said, "No.  It's not like that."

I just called back from a message that was left for me and some guy with broken English answered the phone wanting my date of birth and SS number and I told him if he was the IRS he should have that information and he hung the phone up
