claims to be IRS filing suit

Call said they had been unable to reach me previously and this was my final notification and it was to advise me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  LIARS, telemarketers like this should be decapitated in public.

They have called me like 4 times in the past couple of days... today leaving me a voice mail saying. Call back our department number immediately.

Called my house at least three times today claiming to be the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit and that this was my last notification. Gave me this number 509-383-4059 to call back to get more information. Didn't say my name or any personal information.

I called and asked what it was about. The man asked me my phone number. I told him it didn't seem right that the IRS would call if they wanted to sure me and that he needed to give me more info. He screamed "Give me your number!" .. called him an as*hole and hung up. Def scam.

Recorded message with bad English claimed I was being sued by the IRS and to call immediately . First of all the irs audits and then takes what is owed.

Claims call from IRS initiating a lawsuit for miscalculated taxes filed from 2010-2014 for $4600.  Talked to "John Williams and supervisor Mr. Blake" told me they were calling from Washington DC. I asked if they were calling from the Internal Revenue Service, they wouldn't say that, just the IRS. They are going to have me arrested in 3 hours, Hmm I'll wait - SCAM

I have received two calls today on my cell with a robot voice.

A robot automated call stated I was being sued by the IRS.
