Someone called two days in row identifying themselves as IARDIS  - IRS.  The message said they are suing us and to call back.  We suspect some kind of scam. The IRS never does anything like this.

Just received a recorded message (2nd one in a week) stating they've been trying to contact me, from the IRS, about their lawsuit against me. Said I should call 805-396-6803. Knew it was bogus but tried calling it, no answer. I did *69 and the number they called from was 530-888-9650. I called that number and is is not in service.  Just another scam - and a badly thought out one, at that.  The IRS has been warning of phone scams for a number of years now. I know some people are very gullible but I hope most will not fall for this.

I suppose the national do not call list does not apply to these idiots.  I Received an automated call from 509-396-6803 stating it was the IRS filing a lawsuit !

For a scammer the national do not call list is just one more law to break.
