Received a message from them stating that this was a final notice from the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me. That I should call this number immediately to find out more information. I don't owe the IRS anything. Didn't call the number either.

I got the same message as Janice about the IRS. Didn't call them either.

Had a message on my answering machine that the IRS had a law suite against me.  I called the number back and no one answered.

Received the call also.  From 509-428-2491 claiming they are the IRS. I swear I am on the "do not call list". I have been receiving solicitors again lately.

This number keeps calling my personal cell and claiming I am being sued by the IRS.
