They don't leave a message, suspect telemarketers.

Same as Mike, called it back and it is an unavailable number, no response, message that the number could not be completed as dialed.

Caller ID just gave the number and "BENTON CITY, WA." I looked it up and it's apparently a telemarketer. But I am on the Do Not Call List -- have been for years!

Keep getting calls every hour and a half from this number. My husband answered and nobody would speak.  Im not really sure if its a telemarketer because you'd think they would have something to say when they call if they were selling something.  Does anybody know how to block this number from continuing to call?

thisi person/persons keep calling from this number, when we answer no one replies.  When I try to call back I get dead air.  We are on the no call list already!

Yes i have gotten a call from this number at almost 9 at night. I do not answer numbers i do not know. I bet it is a Political call or something like that.

509-497-0912 called saying they were from the WA association of law enforcement looking for sponsors for a Drug and Alcohol prevention program in schools.  He only had my last name and number from the phone book.   I told him I didn't give out information and he was polite and moved on.  It is a legit program but I'm always sketchy about stuff like that. So I researched it online.

Calls and never leaves any msg. I do not answer call from #'s I do not recognise. Caller ID shows  BENTON CITY , WA.....this is a small town in Eastern Washington...with a population of just over 3,000.....OH and good luck having your number removed from ANY list you are on...the do not call list is a joke.

Yes my husband and I have also recieved this number and asked for Husband specifically.  When I asked who was calling they hung up.  When we tried to call it back; we got busy signals like it was a fax #, then dead air, then someone answered but said nothing just hung up, response that this number is no longer working.  We are researching on internet.  No way could it be law enforcement or a telemarketer.

This number called and asked for me by first name.  When my husband replied I wasn't available and asked who was calling, they hung up.  I called the number back - no answer.

I am getting these calls also , I cant take it anymore they wont stop calling, And they also will not say anything.this keeps going on and on and on and on. I am losing it.

Lots of scammers use a call out phone number ONLY .... which is why you cannot call the number back.  Found this out from the phone company, and is just part of the way that the phone companies facilitate the endless harassment by scammers.  There is NO enforcement of the DNC list, and so folks are on their own so far as stopping calls from scammers and criminals (these days it seems like almost ALL unknown phone calls, are linked to folks running some sort of illegal scam).  Before I started blocking numbers,we  were getting 12-14 scam calls a day.

Got calls from this number for the past 2 days now...........Called back using *67 and it would ring 8 or 9F4B3  times before anyone answered.  I didn't say anything (they never do) but after I did it 5 times I finally got a grunt out of them.  Hope they like getting a taste of their own medicine!!

Yes, this number is the WSLEA. I received 9 calls on Sunday alone. AND they've called 3 times already this evening. I complained on their website but have heard nothing in response. I am considering a call to the Attorney General's office and looking into a class action harassment suit, if it's indeed possible. This bad behavior has been going on for years and it's time to complain to the right agencies. I know of a woman who was told that she would no longer receive help from her local police and fire departments when she declined to contribute to their cause. Enough already!!!!

Just got a phone call from this number. The man asked if he sent me information to get the word out about teens texting and driving, would I give a donation. I said no thanks. Kind of sounds like a scam to me. Can't people talk to their own kids for free??

I was told they were raising money to educate young adults about texting, did not give any financial info, had my mailing address
