Caller, calls himself David. Picked up my number from Craigslist, and keeps pestering me about using a program he wrote to promote my add from Craigslist. I have the add marked not to contact me for any other reason. He sent me a message saying I have to type REMOVE ME, so I did, and that just sent more messages.

Got text from some guy named 'David' who thanked me for being awesome and being on his list??? Even though I realize I shouldn't have, I texted him back and called him out for the scammer that he is. He then claimed that he had invented a new app to help me expand my business - and gave a website address that I don't recall - totally unsolicited crap.

I got seven text messages in a row from this number. I tried calling it and it says that the color has no voicemail set up yet.   The text message reads this, "Wow! It's been a whole 2 months since you were added to our list. We really appreciate that! Mention this 60 day text & get a special offer. :) Reply STOP 2End"  it was really annoying. Especially since I pay for texts!

received another text message about my day going to awesome. . . etc...I forwarded it to SPAM  (7726) to AT&T  by way of reporting this.

This number gave me 2 unsolicited texts from 'David'. He got my number from CL ads that had my phone number on them. I texted him back and said not to text me anymore and noted that my CL ads say "do not contact with unsolicited services or offers". He said his name was David and to reply with the exact words "Remove Me". I forwarded the texts to ATT at short code 7726 which is a place to send text spam. They texted me back saying "We could not identify the sender of that message, .... Please contact ATT customer care."

I was sent a message by this number thanking me for being a loyal suscriber and to respond to get "something free." I wouldn't be surprised if he got my number off of craigslist.
