received 2automated (american female voice) saying this is the last attempt to reach me from the IRS, that they are filing legal proceedings against me! Did nothing but hung up and blocked future calls from getting thru !

I've gotten two messages from "Supposedly" the IRS threatening a law suit, but the IRS uses the MAIL. So I will be having a couple of friends help me out and file the needed police and FBI reports on 8-6-2015. These TOOLS need to be IMPRISONED !

Call from IRS, they said they were filing a suit.509-560-4504. No such filing this is a bot call. scam !!!!!

I just received a message stating I was to call this number for more information about a lawsuit the IRS is filing against me.  I was pretty sure it was a scam so I thought I would look up the phone number.

This bot called me at 7:00am.  At least give me until 9:00 so I can wake up before you try to scam me, for crying out loud.  It turns out that 509 is an area code in the state of Washington so at least they're kinda local, which is nice I suppose.

Received a call this morning a robtic tone very unclear the only words I could here were IRS.
I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND IT JUST RANG NOONE ANSWERED.

I got a call at 7:20am This morning 8/6/15. It came up out of area so I did not answer. Automated voice messages tells me that the IRS is filing a law suit against us and to call this number back. If that was true, the IRS would notify by mail not robo bot call.  I wasn't born yesterday. These scammers really need to be stopped!!

I received a call from this number last night 8/5/15.  I called the number this morning and the guy sounded Chinese.  I couldn't understand too much what he was saying so I asked to speak to someone else.  They claimed it was the IRS threatening a law suit and that they were auditing my taxes from 2008 - 2012 but they had my maiden last name and old home address.  They are a**holes and all need to be shot.  I contacted the police and they gave me the IRS phone number where I can advise them of the situation.  1-800-366-4484

I received a call from this number at 6:50 this morning. The number shows the location as Oroville, WA. This is another phishing expedition looking for personal information. I also received a call yesterday from 530-636-6269 located in Chico, CA. with basically the same theme saying I was facing a grand jury investigation if I didn't respond immediately. The scammers never give up trying to find ways to get personal information.

Same thing here.  Just got this today from these [***] as wwll--am reporting them, and then I'm going to call them back and mess with them for a while.

P.S. Tried calling them to scream a few obscenities at these effers & mess with 'em, but the number is out of service now. What a joke.

I just received a call on my cell that was a recorded message (computer generated 'American' female voice) stating:

"I have been trying to reach you.  This is your final notice that the IRS is filing legal suit against you.  For more information regarding this case file, please call (509) 560-4504. Thank-you."

No call info displayed on my phone other than the phone number - same one advised to call back.  No contact name or reference/case file # provided.

8/6/2015 Received two calls from this number stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call 509-560-4504 back.

They have called me 3X today... I called them back also and the person has an Indian accent.  Typical.  States that they are filing a lawsuit against me and I said, great... He said Great, and I said yes.  That is great.  Do you want my attorney... Then he started off using MF, MF, FU, and then I stated to him that I know he isn't and IRS agent first by his profesionalisms and then being a retired IRS agent, I know that they don't call, they send certified mail.   He continued with his professional language and curse words and then disconnected.... I hope he calls me again.
I love the other one about how your Windows are sending errors?   I don't have windows idiot... I have Apples? There was over 30 Billion in IRS fraud in 2013?  This has to be stopped,
