Called me this afternoon and held me hostage on the phone - threatened my with arrest and seized assets if I didn't pay money I owed to IRS immediately. Scammed me out of $200 today.... like anyone middle-class or below actually has an extra $200 to get scammed out of. :(

I called back they asked my name. I asked who he works for then they hung up. Evertime i call back they pickup i hear the foreign language in the background then the line goes dead.

Said they had a case on me that I owed the IRS to call this number , this was their last attempt to contact me before legal actions take place...
The number rings busy or they don't answer and this was the first call I have had from them. Show me what I owe and I will gladly pay bug not until then.....

This is troll ad [***]... I was like wuuuttt? Says it's a final notice...? So dumb. Got this call 5 mins ago.

I received a call from this # .  They said I was part of a lawsuit initiated by IRS and I had to call back immediately to settle this.  If I didn't, they would have to take legal action against me.  I hung up.  Get a real job.

Same thing happened to me today however my amount was 1875.

Caller claimed to be IRS, said I would be arrested tomorrow unless I paid $500 today to stop IRS from arresting me. When I said I didn't have any money he said he was coming to my house tomorrow night to have sex with me... and was explicit and really gross.

Just returned the call and spoke with "Officer Michael Johnson," who had such a heavy accent, I could not really understand him. He informed me I had been audited for the years 2008 - 2013. I informed him the IRS notifies tax payers when they are being audited. The entire time, he was crunching in my ear and I asked him if I was interrupting his lunch. He asked me what I intended to do regarding the debt and I told him he had never informed me of a debt! He had the nerve to become angry and then hang up on me!

Said this was a final attempt from the IRS. That I needed to call this number or there will be federal charges brought against in order to collect what is owed. I tried calling this number and it wouldn't ring through or it would come up busy.

This is basically what I got. My blood pressure went sky high after hearing this on the phone. I had to find out if it was a scam because I wasn't informed by my tax preparer about owing the IRS.
