Got an automated call saying irs is having a law suit against me . the caller id showed 00000000. Told me to call the 509 # didn't say name of person they're looking for. Last time I checked irs does not call you they send a letter on the mail.  Sounds like a scam to me

IRS does not call you. They will send you the mail, if you did something wrong.

Received a call informing me they are the IRS and a lawsuit is being filed against me . The number always is busy every time I call it !

I received phone call but didn't answer, went to voicemail and received message that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I should call this 509 563 4345 .

An unknown number called my phone, and I let it go to my voicemail. Someone with no name, therefore I can't identify, left a message and stated that IRS filed a lawsuit against me. Knowing the Internal Revenue, they send me a letter and identify themselves if living a voice message. Does anyone know about that phone number which is 5095634345?

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

I received a phone call from a No Caller Id saying that the IRS is trying to get a hold of me because they have a lawsuit pending to please call 5095634345

Same number. So i called the number and spoke to a mr. Eric william with a foreign accents said he is from the I.R.S. badge number 77248
He threatened me to pay back the I.R.S $1,797  back or he will send a warrant out for my arrest he professionally spoke of the legal allegations towards me and wanted me to pay over the phone. I was like what!!! And he just hung up on me. Its definitely a scam.
