This was a recorded robo-voice message informing us that the IRS was suing us and we needed to call this number right away.

I got a call from this number saying the IRS was creating a law suit on me and to call back the same number that was calling.

I got a call about an hour ago saying about the same thing.  When I explained to him that I have nothing pending  with the IRS and that as a matter of policy IRS will NEVER phone you, he hung up on me.

Just got a recorded message about IRS filing a case against me.  What a bunch of B.S.  so sick of these damn scams!

Received a recorded call on a Saturday that the IRS was suing me.  Right.

got a call from this number on Saturday at 7a.m. with a message about IRS filing case against me.  I have had these calls before.

Did not answer and whoever called never left a message. Seems like a scam from the posts I read here.

Rec'd two call from this number today 9/26/2016 at 8:19a and 10:20a. I don't recognize this number so, I don't answer. Now that I know from other callers It will never be answer. Don't these fool know that the IRS don't call. They are "LETTER" people.

I got the same call today, 9/26/16, and last week on my cell phone.  Points for the ominous and angry sounding voice.

I received a call from this number saying it was IRS and they were suing me. IRS never initiates a Phone Call. Mail notification first. When I told them this was a scam he hung up. This person had heavily accented english.

Received auto call from this number 9/29/2016 at 9:54 am stating they have been trying to reach me. This is last chance to call IRS as they are filing lawsuit against me.

Copied from my readable Comcast voicemail. These  calls come in periodically,  I always check, know they are a hoax.

fake irs final notice wanting to sue

received a 2nd call on 9/29/2016 at 12:19pm stating again, they've been trying to reach me, this is last opportunity to contact them as IRS is filing lawsuit against me.  This time I called number, they did not identify where I was calling.  I asked where I called, they said "Investigational Revenue Service".  I then said does not sound authentic, sounds more like a scam, they hung up.

Left me a prerecorded voice message saying this is IRS and I need to contact them regarding a lawsuit filed against me by the IRS.  Complete scam.  DO NOT return these calls people.

Called me twice today saying they were the IRS and they were suing me. Both calls happened to be my "final notice". I really hope it is my final notice because I am tired of these scammers calling me!

I received three calls today starting @ 6:15 AM in the morning.

I'm 100% this number is a scam, there's a also another number from Alabama area code saying the IRS is going to take your case to court? If that's the case there would be legal documents sent to ur house, but anyways I called this number back and it sounded like a guy from another country, noisy in the background, like a telemarketing call.  Then called 3x more, busy 2x, the 3rd x it said please check the number you called like it never exsisted.
