Got 2 calls from this number in the same day.  Didn't answer either but they left a voice mail claiming to be the IRS and that a lawsuit was being filed.  Yeah right!!  1 they wouldn't be calling  2 they wouldn't be calling from Spokane Washington and 3 why would they filing a lawsuit on someone who has been getting refunds.

Scam. Message claiming to be IRS filing law suit against you.

Scammer. Yet another recorded message saying IRS is filing a law suit against you. This is at least the fourth different number from which I have received calls by this scam.

I urge everyone to do the same as me. They just called me again from this #,they were calling from a different #. I used to be a lifeguard. I found my lifeguard whistle, called this # back and blew my whistle 4 long times, then hung up!  Please give this a try!!

The whistle, horn or whatever deal is a myth. The telephone cannot transmit that loud a sound-it reduces it. So the only hearing you'll damage is yours. Besides robo-dialers do not care anyway.

Called them back.. Not a single one spoke English well.. First time they were the IRS (said I was someone else) second legal affairs third time (yup at this point I'm harassing them) they were its again and "they" were IRS but wouldn't, couldn't tell me who I was!! Finally on the fourth time calling them in less than 10 minutes they just answered and hung up on me...

voicemail indicated I am being sued, but cutoff first part of the message. Filed FTC Complaint on www.donotcall.gov.

Started receiving same frequent calls that a law suit is being filled against me. They did not say my name or case id or has given any other contact details other than this scam phone. I will submit a complain at https://www.donotcall.gov/ as well.

Fraudulent calls from this number several times per day. Leaves robot voicemail saying the IRS is suing me. Harassing me and will not stop calling.

Keep getting the same phone calles from WA # also.

Auto Caller left a message stating the IRS is filing a law against me. Per IRS, this seems like a fraud.

Scam claiming to be the IRS and notifying me that they are filing a lawsuit against me.  The IRS doesn't call.

I have gotten 3 calls with just a robot recording and its 9:10 pm. First off, IRS doesn't call second, they never specified any name of the person they wrte yrying to reach, and third ...this had scam written all over it. They are money hungry scammers!

Received a call from this bogus number, claiming that the irs was about to lock me up for whatever reason. I hung up and laughed.

Received several of this type of call over the past 2 yrs...always a different tel #...I also know this is just a scam!!!
DO NOT RESPOND!! They just want your credit card #.
