Auto bot from 5095873103 called me and claimed to be the IRS.  I doubt it's really the irs.  Likely scam caller.

Auto call stating IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.   /total scam.

calls claiming to be IRS saying that they are filing a lawsuit against and making terroristic threats to have arrested, seized our bank account, our house, our cars and having as put in jail for none payment of a debt of less than 3000 dollars. Its supposingly this debt is from 2008 through 2013. Claiming we are hiding from them etc...

Folks---  the IRS mails letters if there is a problem.  You are being called by thieves in India or Pakistan.

There is no suit - just scammers.

Same comments as above with a very "scary" female recorded voice, "Warning, we have been trying to reach you, the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you, you must call 509/587-3103 immediately."

   ROBO call "Threat from IRS" .....fake spammers, demanding you call this number.....The IRS is suing
you.......Call Immediately.  Message left on my answering machine.....

Got the call yesterday.  Definitely a phishing attempt.  DON'T call them back.  In fact, go to the IRS fraud report page (Treasury Dept) and file a complaint  http://www.irs.gov/uac/Report-Phishing.  Maybe the feds will shut them up.

This is really dangerous. They used another number to call with a similar  message.  My 85 year old mother was really shook up. It is a scam and they need to stop!

This number was used to notify me that I'm being sued by the IRS.  I called back on the provided number (509-587-3103)and was disconnected.  Obviously a scam.

Calling with harassing phone calls stating this call is from the IRS Lawsuit!!!

This number was on caller ID.  The message left said to call them back at 509-588-7570.  They are claiming to be the IRS.

The IRS does NOT work like this.  Don't fall for this!  This is a phishing call just to get your money.
