I had an automated call from 509 588 7383  that said the irs is fileing a law suit against me and I should call asap ! They didnt say my name or any thing ! It was about 10 pm when I called no# it just kept ringing ,no voice mail or anything ! I senced a fraud so I googled no # and I was rite !!

Just received an automated call from this number stating "We have been trying to contact you, this is your final notice that the IRS is filing a law suit against you, please call".  This just seemed wrong and I just don't return calls to incoming calls unless I can verify who's calling.  Checked it out, not the IRS.  Don't be fooled.

Just received a call from this number 509-588-7383 stating the IRS was trying to contact me about a lawsuit they were filing.  Needless to say, I did not call them back.

Just got a phone call from this number stating it was the irs filing a law suit against us to please call. I called the number and it was busy so I called back. It rang and rang and rang. Checked the number out and its not the irs don't be fooled!

Repeatedly receive these calls. Will never call them back.  Says they are Internal Revenue Services.  Never heard of this agency.  May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their armpits.

Robo call from "IRS".  Scam alert.  Called Monday afternoon 6/15.

Voice mail with IRS lawsuit.  Returned call.  Obviously not the IRS.  Threatened that if I didn't pay now, I would be arrested within 48 hours.  I hung up.

I had a  voicemail from 509-588-7383 on my phone. Saying that they were the IRS and that a lawsuit was filed against me and this was a final warning. Also instructed me to call back immediately. I googled the number and found out that its coming from Benton City, WA. This is not the IRS. They will send certified mail to you, not phone calls. This is a scam!!!!! Please don't fall for it!

Received two calls from unidentifiable numbers (appeared on caller ID as: 617191120000085 & 617120620000085). I did not answer and the only portion of the voicemail that was discernible (first part was cut off both times) was the callback number: 509-588-7383.

They called my daughter's cp, I called them back to inform them she was a minor & has no IRS issue.  Now her phone is blocked from calling them,  I guess I scared the IRS off lol.

We have gotten the call as well.  Have ignored it all three times it came in during the last two days.  IRS website says this is a big type of scam people are pursuing.  I searched the IRS directory using the number.  No surprise that there is no match.

These people called me and claimed to be the IRS and said that they would file a lawsuit and sue me because I hadn't paid my taxes. I pay my taxes when they are due and when I'm supposed ALL THE TIME! These people are frauds and liars!!!

Just got this call too. Called the number back b/c I have been dealing with the IRS in past but was all squared away with them. Indian guy comes on line and states he is an agent with IRS, asked for his Agent ID and he gave some bogus numbers and letters. I asked why his Agent ID had letters in it and he proceeded to start cussing me out and telling me he was going to F me and my wife. I just kept him going so I could record the call and turn it over to the authorities.

Same as everyone else.  Didn't answer, they left a threatening message saying I needed to call this #.  These people should be prosecuted for impersonating the IRS.

Just had an automated call saying it was my final notice and was being sued by the IRS.... SCAM ALERT!    Do not be sucked in by this!

I just received the same call. Googled and seen it was fraud!! Errrr these stupid scammers !!

509-588-7383... Same robo-call: IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The sound quality was so choppy I could hardly understand what was said. Glad this site is here

Very poor audio recording originated by a really cheap computer speech program. Obvious scam.
