I' ve been getting calls from 509-588-7454 for a while so today I decided to answer and Robert was on the phone saying congrats you're a winner of $8000 from grant money a I NEVER have to pay it back. But don't tell absolutely nobody about it!!! He wanted my account number but of course he didn't get it. So then he told me about a green dot card and I had to put $200 on it but I would get it right back after he gave me the $8000!!!

This number is being used again in 2015.  This time it's the slo-mo robovoice telling whoever answers that the IRS is bla bla bla filing papers against you.  A tired scam, using a generated voice, to hide the actual Pakistani or Indian thick-accented boiler room jokers who will huff and puff and try to extract your wallet.

I received a message on my machine from this number saying the IRS has filed a law suit against me and to call back immediately. Mi checked the IRS website, and his number is not listed as one of theirs, so it is a fraud!

Caller misidentifying themselves as IRS with the "urgent matter" of a filing against the person receiving the call. Caller asks that the call be returned.

Got a call  from this number  today. A recording ... this call is a final notice from the IRS... I know they are not from the IRS . Called back the number with no answer. Blocked the number.

I received a message to call 509-588-7454 because the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. I called immediately and a man who claimed his name was Richard Brown with IRN3014 said he was with the Internval Revenue service and there were miscalculations on my taxes from 2008-2013 and I owe a certain amount. He had a very thick Indian accent and was very difficult to understand. I listened for a while and then told him this was false and I was ending the call. I know this information is not true and I know that "Richard Brown" was definitely not with the IRS and he wanted me to pay the money I supposedly owed. I hope this is investigated and these people are arrested.

Also got a call from this fake IRS scam saying I need to pay them money if I don't I would be going to jail and they will be a warrant out for my arrest and I would lose my job everything he had accent use a spoof number and try to scare me into paying them they even have a fake clam number. Beware off this scam people are getting scammed every day from these type off calls report them to the law and let other people no about this so nobody gets scammed by these scammers fight back . got the same call -- since we all know this is fraud, maybe someone from that area should tell them they will pay, but wants to deliver it in person - I'm sure the caller would like that

This caller left 2 messages saying they where from the IRS, I owe money

* October 15, 2015 I received a call saying they were the IRS I hung up due to I was on the road ... October 16, 2015 I called back and keep getting a busy signal ... I went on-line and found out others is receiving bogus calls about IRS ... thank you for this site to know there is others out there receiving phone calls ...

As a senior citizen I'm always wary of being targeted.   Luckily,  this senior knows how to google.  Thank you for providing a site like this and  to everyone who took the time to comment.
