Same as all the other scams.  Craigslist, ATV, perfect condition, CHEAP!  will cover shipping costs, really far away (Alaska), using ebay as an escrow agent, send payment via Western union........on and on.  Oh yea, using the Military front as well. What a scum.  I checked his number which is a land line, but unable to trace anything else.  The name he used was Steven Davis (steven59davis@aol.com)  I finally actually got him to call me and leave a voice mail.  I am reporting all information to ebay and Craigslist ASAP.

Scam artist using address "Steven59Davis@aol.com", purporting to sell a nice motorcycle and pay shipping charges using eBay as an escrow agent. I emailed back and forth with this scammer, telling him there'd be no need for complicated shipping arrangements as I'd be in Anchorage (purported location of him and bike) soon. He would not provide a city region or address and seemed to be simply slightly customizing an email template for each message.

When I first saw this add in craigslist, it seemed it was to good to be true......... I e-mailed the seller thinking he had an emergency and needed to sell his bike for fast cash. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I saw the name "Steven Davis" I knew he's a soccer player. So I goggled his name and sure enough it was a scammer. Good thing for Google.com
