need to know who is the caller and from what city and states

I reeived a call from an unknown number.  When asked for a return number I received 509-683-7150.  They were an 'online pharmacy' selling drugs.  Do not give out any personal information to these guys.  They are a scam.  The caller had a heavy indian accent. I am pretty sure they are located in india.

Yes, they have been calling me EVERY DAY for a week.  At first, they refused to give me their phone number (509-683-7150.)  Told me they are in Seattle Washington.  I don't think so, more like India.

I have made several complaints on the FCC website, but these people continue to call.

Yes, I was so lucky to receive their calls for days on end as well. Seattle? Yeah right. I've asked them, every time they've called, to remove me from their calling list. They refused. They already had all of my information somehow. When they called back yesterday, I got their phone number by playing nice and pretending that I did in fact need Viagra (I'm a female...). I told them to stop calling me, again, and that I had their number now after verifying that it worked with another line.

They called again today.

So, I called them. Over. And over. And over. And over. And over. Perhaps 20 times. I said, "I can do this all day. Are you having fun yet? I'm having fun. You call me all day long, I can do the same thing. Let's do this." They'd hang up, I'd call again. Finally, they said they'd put me on their "DoNotCall" list (though I'm sure no such thing exists for them).

We'll see. If not, I'll be calling them, over, and over, and over again. Tie up their lines, harass them! It's all fun and games, right?!

PS. Who actually buys Rx from them, btw?
