Caller from this was a robot telling you that your account at banner bank was frozen and to enter your credit card number to unlock it

That sounds strange.  Did you do a web search for Banner Bank frozen acct scam?  LMGTFY:

I just got the same call...banner bank frozen credit card, etc.  I don't have an account with Banner Bank.  I just hung up!

I called the number back and got a fax noise on the  other end

Said my account at Banner Bank was frozen and then hung up. I don't have an account with Banner Bank. Called the number and got a fax tone.

Robo call claiming Banner Bank card was locked. Press 1 to be connected to the security department. I just hung up on them.

Same message only said it was BECU

Message from this number saying my BECU Mastercard had been locked. Please press '1' to unlock it.

Robo call telling me my debit card was frozen at BECU

do not give it your info.  I don't even have a card with Peoples national bank

I got a call from this phone number this morning no area code.  The voice was a computer activated voice saying your Boeing Employees credit / debt account has been locked please press one to be transferred to our "security department"
This is a scam please be vigilant !
