These fools called with a recording saying that they are the IRS.  They have been trying to reach me and that the IRS is filing suit against me.  For one thing if the IRS were trying to contact me they would have sent official notifications by mail. and if they were filing suit, I would have been served by an officer of the court, not a robocall.   These people are some kind of scam and the worst sort of scum!

Boy do I feel special!  I got 2 of these calls today. Wish I could reach through the phone and beat their ass.

I received 2 calls from these losers just now. We're in Miami and very savvy with losers like this. Grow up fake IRS people and get a real job.

How do you define terrorism? Terrorizing innocent people? The guys are thieving terrorists.  I have zero tax problems. These guys should be put in Jail and 60 minutes should do a sting operation on these guys all the way to prosecution. What is the purpose for putting stress on innocent people out there?

Easy.  They want money and they try to scare it out of people.

The East Indian accent was a dead give away... Gave them some choice accented replies...

Got the same call a few hours ago.  Yes it is a SCAM made a few calls to file a complaint FCC Fraud  unit 888-225-5322 handles scams over the phone they close 5:30 EST. I recommend anyone getting these calls to file with the FCC and give no information out to any phone solicitors.

Robo call from this bogus number 509-790-0043. These numbers should be investigated and shut these people down.  Really the IRS WOULDNT CALL YOU ON AN UNAVAILABLE NUMBER.

I also just got a call saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.

I.D.:" Sunnyside WA" an American woman's voice announcing that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.They want me to call for more information...not happening...this is so old it has whiskers.

I actually thought something was up for a few minutes and was about to call my accountant!! I never get targeted!!! Now I feel foolish and relieved!!!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

IRS lawsuit, etc. Called 2x today (so far). Woman's voice.

I got the same recorded phone call twice today from "IRS". I also received the same phone call twice yesterday but they gave a different call back number. I reported it to FTC.

Got 4 calls messages on my answering machine from these people... over the weekend was a dead give away...The IRS does not hold hours during the weekend.
