called a few minutes later with another threat that IRS filed lawsuit against me, along with numbers to call back to. The most powerful government in the world (self-proclaimed) can shut down communication services that falsely utilize its name to invoke terrorism, and by lack of action is implicitly endorsing this type of illegal activity conducted in the name of one of its official agencies. Therefore, if this harassment conducted in the name and under the auspices of the federal government does not stop, then I will sue the IRS for failure to prevent citizen terrorism by default.

Same number claimed IRS suing me. IRS doesn't sue without an audit that you are fully aware of,and they don't robo call you. This is a scam for your soc sec number and money.

This caller persists in repeated calls which are in fact terrorism. Threats that the IRS filed lawsuits against an innocent party is financial terrorism. I summon the federal agencies involved in anti-terrorism to prevent this extension of the enemy threat abroad into the United States homeland by utilizing the communications services which are terrorizing me and my family. This is no joke, this is no ruse. It is an act of war and terrorism against the United States of America and its citizenry by this telephonic operations center functioning on American soil.

Most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

claim to be irs filing lawsuit.  Robo call has called from several numbers with same message.  I dialed number back should someone answer will request to remove our company's number.

I screwed with them.. I figured if they're going to waste my time, i'm sure as heck gonna waste their time.  So I thanked them for only finding $7,000 dollars that I actually owed $315,000.   Kept changing that number throughout the call, correcting them each time they repeated it back to me.   Then we went down the merry path of having them repeat things over and over because their accent wasn't easily understood...   I just kept asking them to speak slower and repeat things while I played Candy Crush...   I asked them to look up my aliases to see if there were any IRS debts under my "Other Names"...  Hugh Jorgan, Seymore Butts, Etc...   For a 60 year old, I can't grow up...

After I ran out of lives in Candy Crush, I asked them to send me the paperwork and I'll send it back filled out.   I was told they didn't have permission to send me the paperwork since blah blah blah... oh great.. another Candy Crush life.   Anyway, I told them I just found the IRS address and I'll be down to straighten this out in person and was told no, we have to work it out on the phone.

Got bored with it and started pressing number keys at random on the phone to send tones and started speaking jibberish...  finally.. they hung up on me  :)..

Blocked their number..  had a laugh.

Different day, different phone number, same scam.  Geez I LOATHE the individuals who are willing to sink to such depths of depravity as to try to prey on weak individuals who fall for things like this...
