They left me a message stating the IRS and filed lawsuit against me I'm not working 15 years so how is this possible

Fraudulent call from someone claiming to be the IRS. IRS does not robocall. IRS communicates in writing by mail. I am a tax attorney. Don't fall for this scammer.

Called saying that I was being audited from the IRS then when I began asking questions and demanded to know precisely who I was speaking with, as he was obviously not from the IRS, he replied that he was a "terrorist".

They have called now 4 times. This time they said that I was being sued by the IRS. Part of me wants to mess with them, but they seem to know pretty quickly if you aren't being serious.
