    They call and leave messages with me and my boyfriend saying they have a civil case pending and they give me a case number but they never answer and they dont call back. Most of it is automated. They say they are from Briar Hill Tomlin & Associates and they also have last 4 digits of my social. It's ridiculous!

    They called and left a message at my work and left a message on my cell phone.   Each one came in on 2 separate numbers in 2 area codes.   They said a civil case is pending they gave me a case number made some threatening remarks.  Such a SCAM!!!!!!   Ben getting these type of calls for almost 2 years now.....

    A male voice claims to be an investigator named Shawn Thomas, and told me if I myself or my legal representative does not respond I will be admitting guilt. I was given a case number and told the case was a civil case pending with the Alliance Group. Completely a SCAM, but I can't imagine what they think they will get from this!

    I got same call saying I would admit guilt if I didn't respond. Can these people just get a real life!
    They called my daughter as well and said they want her to testify against me. I don't have any bad debt! I will be sending this to attorney general!
