I received a call telling me the IRS was going to sue me. It is an obvious scam. I did not call back.

Just received a robo call from 360-566-2212 to call 509-872-5226 immediately - no additional message - did not return call

Claiming to be IRS and I am being sued.  I am suppose to call  about the claim.  Will not call these deceptive idiots.

Just received call from unknown number with directions to call 509-872-5226.  Did return call, sure it had to be a scam but curious to hear answer.  No one picked up.  This really makes me angry.  Anymore info would be appreciated.

At worst; something more sinister like potential id theft

This is a scam, claiming to be IRS. Was in our local paper biggest scam ever! Do not call back, report them to your local police department. Never give out any information by phone to anyone. IRS never call and threatening you and will never ask for money or credit card numbers.

I received call from this number 509-872-5226 claiming I was being sued by the IRS I made the mistake of calling it back and they said I owed 2900.00 and if I didn't pay in 5 minutes I would have a warrant for my arrest. They did an audit from 2008 to 2013. When I told her I wanted proof of where the discrepancy is she got angry and said she was mailing the arrest warrant and the local police will arrest me. I told her do what you have to do.

Just got a called by Robo call claiming IRS wants to sue me. No case number given

Received a Robo call from 509 872 5226. No case number and no name. It claimed the IRS was going to sue me. I have no debt and never receive a letter. This sounds like a scam.

This is the second time they called.  Still a scam

OMG...same exact call from exact same number (509-872-5226).  Said I owed $2900 and it was from an audit from 2008-2013!  I said I would call the IRS myself and look into it, and then I hung up.  (The caller kept telling me that I was going to be arrested, even as I hung up the phone.) Wow.

Got the call yesterday from 509-872-5226 claiming to be irs. Saying i was being sued by irs. When i told him this was a scam he got irritated and told me to stop wasting his time and hung up on me!!!

I just got this call at 7: 35 a.m.    I let it go to voicemail and it was a cut-off message, a "robovoice" saying please call right away "about this case."  It didn't mention who was calling or for whom or why or what "case" it was.  It left the return number.  Obviously I didn't call back.  I get one of these from somewhere about twice a month.

I forgot to add in my comment above that the caller ID number was a different one, from Vancouver, WA:  360-566-2212.  The number they left was the 509 one.

Got a call yesterday they left a message stating they were the IRS and I was being sued. i called both numbers given with no answer.360-566-2212 and 509-872-5226.

Receive message from Irs about a lawsuit with no additional personal information. Call a few weeks ago and received a busy signal and today I call the 509-872-5226 and was transfer to a supervisor.

8/6 got a call today saying I was involved in a law suit. call 509-872-5226. I did for fun knowing it was a scam trying to get there full name and cell number but they just hung-up on be. Guess I need to get a live
