Saying they were the irs

Saying they were the IRS and I had a lawsuit being filed against me. BS

Said they were from the IRS, final notice, same as others have received.

Said they were from the IRS. Mack Smith badge #DB4012. Said they are issuing a warrant for my arrest if I don't pay back taxes.

Same thing. Left message that it was IRS filing a lawsuit against me.

Irs. Very rude. Final notice. I kept calling them back and was hung up on several times when I asked how they slept at night taking advantage and scamming individuals.

Called left message that IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call this number ASAP.

Have gotten several calls from them, never answered but this is the first time they left message that IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call this number ASAP.

They are calling my house, saying their from the irs.............................................................How do we know who they are, what do we do?????????????????????????????

I just called this number back. The worm answered with this is the IRS. I informed him that I was with the Dept. of Defense and That I knew this was a scam. His response " No Problem" and hung up.

They dont like when you call them back every 5 to 10 minutes from a blocked number & waste their time...lol Have done it several times just because I'm bored & am tired of these scammers calling my house.

I have been getting hit on by this scam on both of my phones from multiple numbers lately.  First by someone that could barely speak English and he was messing up reciting his script.  The Number was from the Detroit area. Happened twice on one of my phone numbers and I said I was passing the phone number on to the police.  The one today had a nice touch  says Washington wih the number but its a Washington State Number not a Washington DC Number.  This one is calling my home office number.  Its not associated with any IRS filings I have ever made at all.   It was an automated (Badly generated computer voice) call, again threatening to arrest me.

I have had dealings with the IRS.  They do not EVER phone you!  Everything is done in writing as it should be on official correspondence and documents out of regional IRS offices in the region which you reside.

I so wish I could block this stuff!

BTW you need another call type added to your list: "SCAM"

I just went off on them for harassing my poor sister!!!!

It seen like everybody know about this scam..,why they still doing?..Where is the police to track down these people..Wow...The police know the number well do something about it..tel..1-509-978-0590...thanks..

Left three messages, all the same, within minutes, that they were the irs and a lawsuit was being filed against me.....yeah well, take a number SIR....THERE IS A LONG LINE BEHIND YOU.
