I have repeatedly told them that I am not interest in Diabetic Supplies.  I am no long on any medication and have a supplier.  Calling my work number which is a no-no.

Unknown record call. nuisance calls

Wanted to know the name of the diabetes meter I had. Wanted my last name and address. When I told him I didn't have insurance he hung up. I did a star 69 to get the number and called back. Nothing happen.

Diabetic stuff -- not even diabetic.

3rd call from this company (Life Alert) for diabetic testing supplies.  3rd FCC complaint for filed.  Strongly recommend you get unsolicited calls from this company, tell them to remove you from their list and file a complaint with the FCC.

Received a t/c on 3/19/2013, wanting to sell me diabetic supplies.  Both of our elderly parents have Life Alert.  The caller ID showed "Life Alert" as the caller.  We contacted the "real" Life Alert.  They were made aware of this company using their name to make these solicitation calls.  I also contacted the Attorney General's Office here in Missouri, and I would suggest others do the same.  When you try to call the number back, it has been "disconnected" minutes after they called.  I was on to their "scam" and asked the guy why he was using Life Alert's name to hawk his wares.  He hung up.  Life alert does not solicit diabetic supplies, folks.

In Maryland - getting same calls, too. Five today (from 12 noon until now - about 8pm EDT)
Have told them repeatedly over the past several weeks they have called that there is 1) NO ONE here diabetic, 2) this is a non-published, unlisted number, & 3) it's also a dedicated fax line. I have asked them repeatedly to put my name on their do-not-call list. My guess is that it's a scam as the caller ID in question says "Life Alert" & it sure isn;t the Life Alert that I know!

Tried to return call and I kept getting refused to connect.

This number has called every couple days I have stopped answering as I've already told them I am not diabetic.

Caller ID says Life Alert. I didn't answer so the call went to the machine. No one left a message. First time this number has called here.

Diabetic salesman, I told him I am not diabetic (because I know how to eat and take care of myself). I told him I am not diabetic and he hung up on me!

Have received a phone call three days in a row, I haven't answered because I always get scam/fake calls and figure if its not a scam they'll leave a message. But obviously they are. No messages. MAKE IT STOP.

I have been getting calls also from this number, but no one ever leaves a messsage. The ID says its Life Alert, but they don`t leave any messages and when I answered the call on 2 occasions no one was on the line. It went to a dial tone, so annoying and invasive. and when I called the number no-one ever answers the phone.  I am also on the Do Not Call Registry...and I notice that since joining the registry I seem to be getting more and more of these calls....strange don`t you think.........

JERKS!!!!!!  I despise ANY company that phones my cell phone for telemarketing.  They have phoned me over 20 times in the last two weeks.  At what point does it become harassment?

I so desire this number to stop calling even after you request them to stop it continues; is there any releif!!
Diabetic Supplies

Have received 8 calls this week from the number, which comes up on my cell as an East San Francisco Bay number. Since I know no one there, I do not answer. I have read that, if you answer one of these calls, the telemarketers know that you have a working phone and you subsequently receive more calls. This number is particularly annoying and persistent.

Called 5 times in two hours.

No message, no answer
