Left no message. I called back and answerer said this is the sheriffs department. we're having troubles with this line, I'll get my supervisor....click!

Jeff from BH Construction called and was offering a fantastic deal on home remodeling. When I told him I was on the Do Not Call List, he got angered and said that they didn't have to abide by the list.

Edward Brown called from BH Construction. They said their contractors license number was #638670 which is a license from Benson Construction in Cottonwood, Ca. The License has been expired since 2007. These scammers should be shut down.

Called numerous times and never leaves a message.

"Davita Inc" said they do not have to abide by the DNC list as they were offering "free estimates" for construction work. Jeeze.

I guess this scumbag (BH Construction) is calling using a phony 415 area code number (415) 741-9493 (shows as wireless caller). When told we were on DNC list, gruff male voice said in an angry tone he did not have to abide by the list. Demanded removal from his list and when he said he could do what he wanted, told him he might want to check with the FTC, because similar positions resulted in jail time and penalty. Asked if he had heard of Jolie (FTC prosecuted and got jail time and $373k penalty for telemarketer).

Called two times within seconds, ~ 1:12 pm.  Caller ID showed "SEIU 1000 POL".

Recently received a blocked call from this number stating that it was Jeff from BH Construction. He said that there satellite office was based in our city although they were headquartered in Walnut Creek. They did not remember talking to me previously and used the "i spoke with your wife" line. Not sure what their end goal is, but they are definitely not a legitimate company. Beware!
