510-227-1810 yet another amongst many i have been called with and been told the same unfolding situation is going to take place. dont have the time right now and would rather not exert anymore energy than i have to for this forceful scam. just look at all these posts here regarding these people and just imagine how many more that they bullied into this crap.

No, these calls are not for real, Lea.  They are bogus people trying to scare you into paying them for outstanding debt that you do not have.  Jaboz, there is nothing you can do.  They will continue to give fake american names, and hound you from all kinds of different phone numbers.  I've been getting these phone calls for almost a year now.  They created fake online payday loan websites, gathered all your information, and will continue to call you for money you do not owe.  You either need to change your phone number, or continue to just let these calls go to your voicemail and then delete the messages.  There is nothing they can do to you.  Do not let them scare you into believing that they are sending someone to arrest you.

This guy has called me and repeated my ss# back to me and I am disgusted as I had not gone further than looking into the payday loans and now this guy is threatening that he is going to subpeona me, etc. and that I owe all of this money.  I told him not to call and he called again and I told him I would make sure he is charged with a criminal action--at the least, harassment.  I work for the government and he does not know who he is messing with.

these accent speaking guys are annoying..and STUPID... i think they get some kind of high with just yelling and sounding stupid. i imagine them as low life individuals with no job and nothing else to do. they have all the information but doesnt know what to do with it.

i have been contacted from this company and they scared me so bad i gave them authorization to my credit card but i have recently cancelled it due to reading the messages from everyone, im so stupid please help me

got a call from kevin shultz,he wont stop calling. i told him that he is a scammer and we know he is not who he says he is. what a jerk!! ITS A SCAM! GIVE THEM NOTHING!

I continue to get these calls and I have told the caller not to call, take me to court do whatever you want becuase they are bogus, and they have all my personal idenfying information and they tell me serious legal charges have been filed.

I also receive several calls a day from Officer Mike Houston of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (at least that what I think he is saying, again VERY thick accent).  The phone number he calls from is also a 510-227-1810 and also 650-821-7160. There are several others, but they don't leave the messages, so not sure if they are from the same. Same threats as I have been reading on these sites! I NEVER return nor do I answer the calls.

these people constantley call me and tell me they have my ssn # and their is something against it. the first time i got a call about 5 months ago i checked my credit report and their was nathing. I also had to keep calling the number back because the women who called me to tell me thier was a half of david out their on me for 300.00. it was like pulling teeth to get this information and after three times calling them back after they hung up on me I gave up and said screw it. these people our scamers do not pay them,

I have also gotten threatening phone calls from american legal division this week. Danial hopkins is the name of the person that has been doing the contacting. He removed 100 dollars out of my acct without authorization and the company that came across was broadway global. I have conatacted my bank. they have my ss number they are of foreign decent they hsve also tried calling me at work.

Another ripooff company called the same day. They are from BCI bureau of crime investigations. they are of foreign decent. They told me that danial hopkins is a scam and danial hopkins said peter crider was a scam.\

They keep on bugging me so I had a 3 way call set up so they could scream at each other. It was ridiculous.

They just keep calling. I also a gentleman from fast cash max usa call saying that the other two are scammmers and he need $390.00 sent to him. His name was Thomas Lee also of the same foreign decent. do they not have a single american???? They are totally crazy.

Anyway. I have reported this to the variety of rip off sites, fbi, attorney general and IC3, and the FTC. I can not think of anyone else to contact. I have already had my identity stolen once this year. I don't need it again.

Thank you "The Saint" all of your wonderful information!!  It was much appreciated.  I too have been getting these calls from work and on my cell.  My guy's name is Phil Johnson - yeah right!  I generally hang up on them when they call my cell; work is another story as others answer the phone.  I've told them to just hang up and sometimes we switch the call to our security team at work.  No one an understand them, people at work have gone off on them for calling so much - it got embarrassing.  I knew I didn't owe anyone anything and when I questioned them the first time I slipped and answered, they got mad.  I told them some choice words and then I decided to just call them back 10 times for every call they make to me.  I block my call when I dial them.  The numbers they call me from are:  561-463-5521, 510-227-1810, 425-530-8727, 213-337-0904.  I figured they were prepaid wireless numbers and if that is the case, I hope I'm using up their time.  They are rude and ignorant.  When I spoke to this one guy and asked for verification of the debt, he referred me to a Carl Miller who told me that I was harrassing him.  I wonder if it would work if all of us just started calling them back and holding up their line on a routine basis?  I told him I knew that I didn't owe anything and that I thought they were [***].  I mean really, if you really had a debt that was owed, wouldn't you get legal papers in the mail.  They are really stupid.  I am going to the notification to the credit bureaus asap so that is covered.  The attorney general consumer protection division can't help me other than telling me it is a scam.  You do feel helpless since they got all the information on you.  BTW, I refused to verify any social security number for them.  How in the heck does this kind of thing happen and why dont we have more protection or any protection from our government sources!  Vultures.  Anyway thanks for the information and to all of the above folks, I don't feel quite so alone with the idiots.
