Caller ID is "Unknown Name" on my phone, so I guess they're not sending caller ID info. Calling the number results in no connection, so it's most likely a scumbag telemarketer of some sort.

At least a was a real person pretending he knew us and claiming not to be selling anything especially Solar which we already have - caller ID had only V1030929070202098530smr

Received a call from this number.  They didn't leave a message.

I have received calls in the past and it started again today from 510-275-4471. No caller ID nor did they leave a message.
I do not take calls from unknown numbers and have contacted by phone company for assistance. I was advised to leave the following message: I'm sorry I can't come to the phone right now, but please leave a message. I am receiving annoyance calls and the phone company has a trap on this line. If you do not leave a message, I will assume that you are the annoyance.
It should clearly STOP all calls from this number in El Sobrante-Pinole area.

Picked up and heard nothing, no message. Could this be a burglar checking to see if anyone's home?

I received a call again today, no message but the same pattern of calling every day. I will be contacting the local police and the FDC to put a stop to these calls with a penalty of $10,000 for each violation for 510-275-4471.

I received a call last night, no message however I have found that exchange 275 is managed by PAC-WEST TELECOMM, INC. - CA. The number is currently on switch number OKLDCAAN1KD which is a switch number or phone hacker. This is a scam, DO NOT answer the call & report this number to the FDC immediately.
