As others, single ring.  This appears to be a method to bait call backs; a robo-dialer can call many more numbers with single ring and hang up than ringing til picked up and then playing a message.  Those that do call back can get the recording or even a live pitch.

My phone didn't even ring once! I just happened to see the phone's touch screen light up, displaying this number! If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. If the call is really important... They can leave a message! I may, or may not, return the call.

My phone labeled it as a scam with s high threat level.
