Getting calls from some guy I can barely understand. He's telling me he's from department of legal affairs but not the company.

this is a scam.  they call and say they are the irs or legal affairs, even the fbi.  look. the government will send out a written notice first because it is cheaper than paying someone to call.  there is no legal affairs in the irs.  there are collections only.  lastly, I called the fbi and told them about this and they said the fbi never calls, they just show up.
do not worry.  ask them for their phone number.  call it back and you see it is not real.  the person says they will be here and you call and get a machine.  don't worry ......be happy.

Got three calls from this guy...early in the morning. I thought it was a furniture delivery company call i was waiting for, so I answered it. Fist time he said he was from "The Department of the Treasury", second time, he was from "The Department of Legal Affairs"...heavy accent...lots of background noise. The 3rd time, I just laughed at him and told him to go away...he didn't call back.

Got a messege from some guy, saying they are from legal affairs. Ya I'm gullible. Heard his kid in the back ground eating an apple. Then heard him say you, not play wit da my phone! Come on dude, really?

Got this call for my wife. He had her previous marriage name which we have been married 10 years now. Had our previous mailing address which we have not lived at for a little over 2 years. Claimed when I asked where he was located. Indicated the US treasury in Oakland CA 1301 Clay st. Which they have a number but no live support. He originally left message claiming he was fro legal affairs but accent not to good and I thought he said Indian affairs and my wife had just received her legal tribe identification card.  Then when I talked to him the next day when I answered his call he gave me US treasury and I asked the address and what it regarded. I didn't tell him anything other then I was the husband and when he said a letter was sent I asked what address and he told me the one from our previous address and I indicated the address was wrong but didn't tell him the new one and he never asked. He referred to me as Mr. and last name of her previous marriage. I didn't correct him. He not very bright but does sound somewhat convincing as he speaks in a formal way.

Keep getting message to call back. They claim to be the department of legal affairs.

Don't return the call. Total scam.
