- DDJust got a call from this number with the warning that this message requires my serious attention. Poor English and poor grammar stating that if I do not allow them to help me a "serious enforcement action" will occur related to. U.S. Treasury offense. Including a grand jury hearing in relation to a Federal Criminal Offense, in the presence of a magistrate judge. They did not state my name nor what the offense is in relation to. The name he gave was unintelligible. At first it freaked me out, but after several rewinds but together all the pieces that they were phishing.
- Chris| 2 repliesScammer left this message twice on 11/06/14 with Indian accent, poor English and threats of federal prosecution:
"Hi. This message is intended to contact you. My name is Steve Martin and I'm calling regarding enforcement actions executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an additional second atempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 510-355-8902. Again 510-355-8902. I advise you to corporate with us and help us to help you. Thanks."

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. - NeonCalled at 4:45AM, the SOB. Steve Martin with thick accent. Same disjointed spiel i wanted to tell him to Fxxx Off but went back to sleep instead. Now he's blocked.

- DD replies to TamianthMy Verizon call block service cannot block calls that do not come from a standard land line. None of these calls come from a standard line so my blocking service is completely useless. Any recommendations for land line blocking services?
