I love the wording... "helping" to collect, it should say "helping"  themselves to your money, sanity and time because that's all they do....you know..there are more important things in life than money.  Everyone always complains about how these people are stealing our money.  But what about the untangible things like time and sanity.  I think (and I'm speaking as a Canadian who has dealt with some nasty bill collectors in the past) that if we could get a mailing address for them, that we should start sending them invoices for the time we spend dealing with them.  And when they refuse to pay, send THEM to a collection agency.   Imagine someone from DRS getting a collection call from NCO...what a hoot.  And since it's a business debt, they can't use the FDCPA.

Douche insisted that it was not against the law that he did not identify himself before he started hitting me with questions. There is nothing on my credit report. I'm watching you!!! And I have a fierce attorney that will get me another $2000-$3000 for illegal debt collection (another company tried this B.S. and lost) if you call me again.

It looks like they're hitting the bay area today.

I keep getting phone calls from these [***] but they never leave a message.  I tried answering once and they didn't say anything.  Chicken [***] is all I have to say!

They left no message but if you call back their phone system 'accesses' your records based on your phone number. Be sure to use *67 before you call them back.
