Oh, really!
If your story is true, and if it was really Proctor & Gamble that gave you a prize, tell us more about the prize offer ... was it made to anybody but local shillers? - marcusso if this call is legit and you both called the number and received a prize. Why is one person saying proctor and gamble and the other is saying lottery high commission
- Slim replies to davudI do not have a problem with money.
However, I DO have a problem with shills and scammers.
Since you did not answer my questions, or give other proof concerning the legitimacy of this so-called prize, we can now put you in the "shill or scammer" category.
Interesting ... you can't even spell your "name" the same, twice. - CWG40 replies to sarahYou know sometin' Sara, I call dat number and de gentleman he say Overland National Company which is supposed to be in California. But there is no Overland National Company in California. And he have Indian-type accent and there was a call-center in da background. You know what dat means Sara, dat means you work for a scammer. Dat means you don't fool anyone. No Rupees for you! Or whatever money the country you are operating out of uses.

800notes reported phony prize letters from David Brickwell, saying people have won money prizes and all the winners have to do is purchase Greendot money pak to get it. They use 702-981-6120. Also 702-560-1451 and 702-451-0696. The letters had phony Las Vegas addresses on them and looked like Publishers Clearing House letters. Saying the money is going to be delivered to their door. They ID themselves on the phone as The International Gaming Commission Organization of the Consortium of Manufacturers
They also called themselves John Tyler of Manufacturers Consortium/mega millions. More phony addresses. John Global 876-894-7010 International Gaming Commission by the Consortium of manufacturers A Mr David calls and says to send $500 by money order made out to Garen Downie or Ruby Bennett. Same old same old prize scam.
Could be coming from either Canada or the DR. Perhaps somewhere else in the Caribbean.- Caller: Informational post

- kevin thompson| 1 replygot the call and he wanted me to get a government seal of insurance for $299.00 at western union or wal mart. and then he would send the money so as the us government would not tax me as much on the 17 million that I had won. Also he was with Proctor and Gamble.
- Caller: John Peterson
- CWG40 replies to kevin thompsonSee above. Total scam. Don't send any money to anyone!
- DanI recieved several phone calls from a number that was marked restricted so i could not see the number on my screen. I answered the third call from this restricted number. It was a male with an india accent who identified himself as the international gaming commission i am calling to inform you of your prize winnings. I then asked for the telephone number he was calling from. Twice i had to ask because he was already into so story book reading about what i had supposedly won. He said he could not give out that telephone information. I asked why is this a scam? I was a bit irate with the dude as by now if anyone with any inteligence didn't suspect it to be anything other than a scam you would have to be a total idiot. So i told him to quit calling me that i knew this was not legitimate. A few cuss words later and he told me to calm down then all he heard was you stupid sob quit calling, is that plain enough? No cash, no prizes, no [***]!! Folks
