Wanted me to get a lawyer, I'm being sued for tax fraud.

The IRS does not sue people.  Furthermore, they conduct business with real letters delivered by the US Post Office, first class mail, then when you ignore 3 or 4 of those, they send certified, return receipt mail that you have to sign for.  Did you get any of those first,  My guess would be no.

1-510-431-2447 a heavy "Voiced Asian Lady" said this was my last chance to call her back but to get my Atty before I get arrested. Time sensitive call her back?

I am a District Attorney Consumer Fraud Investigator.  My wife called and played a message from this number. A female with heavy accent claimed I am being sued and to get a lawyer and call them back.  I tried the number several times and it is a busy signal.  This is your typical Fraud telephone call attempting to get you to pay them money.  This person is most likely from another country.  Don't fall for these Fraud schemes and tell you family and friends to never pay money to an unknown person or entity.  Legitimate companies do not conduct business this way and governmental agencies never call requesting immediate payment over the telephone.  Most fraudsters ask for money orders or Green Dot Money Pak's because they cannot be traced.

This number has called me three times today since 10am and yes the same message as above.

Most likely IRS scam.  Ignore and block the calls.  Originates in India or Pakistan.  Hindi accent is a dead giveaway.

Same situation here in the Central Valley of California.  This phone number is tied to Fremont, CA.  Three voice mails left on my answering machine within one hour........essentially the same message as the others have posted.  Female says she is calling from the "Special Claims Courthouse", and that I am about to be arrested for tax fraud.  She stated that I or my criminal attorney should call back.

PS  You need to add to "Fraud/Scam" to your call type.
