Called my cell phone. A lady said she is doing a research.

Called, doing research for the CA Utilities Commission.

I found out the name of the company is Icron Inc. (SP) The lady was pushy.... I asked her to take me off the list.... She didn't even care she threatened to call back later.

She called my number too...And she verified my address and I said it was an apartment and she left me alone...gah I hate telemarketers.

Yeah, it was a lady, conducting research on high bay fluorescent lighting. She just kept going and going and I couldn't understand much of what she was saying because she wouldn't slow down or shut up. So I just hung up on her.

Strange call.  Very unclear and uninvited!

Called and was very rude. said he was doig research and had our companies OLD address. I told him that we are not there any more we are in another city and he told me well its not my fault the listing is out dated! and I proceeded to tell him I was not giving him our address and if he wanted it he could look it up (we are listed in the current city I provided)and I hung up on him.

This company is Itron and they were hired by the CPUC to conduct Research Development about the California Solar Initiative. See link below

The guy who called me was very nice and professional.

I live in wisconsin got a call a number of times on my cell phone what would this have to do with me and how did they get my number

Pushy and rude. Called me three times in a row...

I live in Wisconsin and received calls from this number numerous times. Decided to call back. Answering machine with a garbled message of ICRON INCORPORATED is unavailable, please leave a message.  I didn't leave a message, but searched them out and found this blog.  Have no idea how they got my number or what they want with me.

Woman called on behalf of PECO Energy, conducting research on compact fluorescent bulbs.  Very nice and courteous but the call took 15 minutes!

called on my work cell, i said as much and started to ask to be removed but was abruptly hung up on!!

The same happened to me. this number kept calling i wouldnt anwser. i called back to hear the name icron?? i dont no them. very annoying

Just got a call from 510-540-5003 on my cell.  I was really busy...I tried to call back, but the number evidently does not receive incoming calls.
