they say the represent Bank of America, Citi Bank, Capitol One and other banks and it is your last chance to lower your credit card interest rate. IT IS A SCAM.... THE ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

No answer, robot call.

Called before 9 am and on my cell. Some telemarketing call telling me to lower my interest rate I have to act now. I am on national do not call for home and cell. Called back and said it is a non working number.

Silence when answered.

This number called me at 4:45 A.M.  When I attempted to call back I get a recording (first in English then in Spanish) it is not a working #.

Called Saturday @ 4:02 pm.  I did not answer as this is not a known number to me.  No one left a message.

This is a call that calls me and I do not know them. I am on the national do not call list but they call anyway. I would like for them to stop. What good is the do not call list.
