Advance fee personal loans are ILLEGAL in the US. If some scamming low-life, like this SHILL here, calls & claims to want to give you a loan, laugh at the Weasel! He'll want money up-front. He'll have all types of reasons for it. He may say he needs "proof of your ability to pay". He'll tell you to put money on a pre-paid card & just give him the numbers on the back of it. The money on that card is GONE. There will be no loan. The fraud may even call back & say he needs more money for some asinine reason. Do NOT do it!
The charlatan might say he needs money wired to him. He'll claim it's a "Down payment" or for "fees" or say he needs "Proof of your credit worthiness" or it's to "prove you can pay". It's all BS! It's all a fraud!
If some POS calls with these lines of Bull, simply tell him that you know he's a fraud. When a "lender" mentions a pre-paid card or Western Union he's a FRAUD! ALWAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS! EVER!
The bottom line is simple. You NEVER pay money to get money! As I said, advance fee personal loans are illegal in the US. There are no exceptions to this. If a "loan" requires you to reach for your wallet before it's received, there is no "loan". It's a fraud attempt. That's all it is, regardless of what some scammer tells you on the phone.
