The caller called me and left avoice mail " this call is intended for......, "said my name, and my last 4 digits of social security number and said that I have to call that number immediately if I don't call , they will contact my employer in 3 days. Please if anybody got details abt this number please share who it can be.

I rcvd a call from a Carl Daniel stating that he works for Marshall Salzman Attorney (there is an attorney by this name in California) and that there is a lawsuit pending in my name, gave last 4 of my SS#, and said that if I did not call back to handle things that I would receive a subpoena in the next 3 days, and that the people listed as contacts would receive one as well.  The number he left to call back was 1/510/606/7301, well when you call that one back it says "the magic jack customer is not available please call back"  When I called the number from my caller ID 1/510/606/7361 I got Carl Daniel who stated I owed Cash Advance America, when I asked for more detail he stated that he can't give it to me due to conflict of interest.  He said I had to pay 50% of the balance today or go to court and pay something like 10 times the amount, was a ridiculous amount.  He had me totally freaked out and started threatening when I said I need more information as I have been scammed in the past, he said "don't pay and see how real this is when my employer, bank, SS, and references would get legal paperwork."  I got him to give me more time to pay, like 24 hours, so I could do a little recon.  When I looked up Cash Advance America and attempted to contact them they have an alert in red letters stating that any calls for money are not from them.  So I called him back again, had to leave a message, and stated that I contacted Cash Advance America and they didn't have anything listed for me and before I pay anything that I need more information from him and that I do have half of the balance but would not pay until I received a call back from him.  I will post more when and if I get a call back.

Don't know where you got your information from BUT there is NO atorney in california with that name I checked all three locations

This is a fake number and not an attorney at all do not respond if you do give him no information only let him know that you know how to find him, he will hang up

I received a message from Scott Daniel that I was being sued and to worry about my family and job.

I got a phone call from this guy also he is very rudy and good lyer

He called & told me I was going to jail for money owed of over 8000.00 dollars & I would be arrested if I did not pay, I will get a lawyer & sue him for harassment.

He calls me to & I'm going to sue him if he does not stop, I may get the law involved.

Also, I don't think any self respecting attorney is going to use magic jack as their business  line UNLESS he himself is a deadbeat

Two days ag his name was CARL DANIEL Not Scott maybe it's his brother?

this guy called me from that number to the first time he called was august 20, 2012 at 8 pm he started by saying his name was scott daniels and that he was from a law firm and he was callling to let me know that there is an order for my aresst due to a non payment of a instant pay day loan and so i asked him well what is all this stuff and i am only 17 and i dont even know anything about this he then told me that i must be warned and prepared to be arested in the morning the first call lasted 5 minutes he then called me back 2 minutes later and i asked him for more informaton and he went on telling me all of these things that will happen to me he then said that he can not give me any info so i asked how it was tracked i aske if it was by a mobile device or a pc home computer and he said a mobile device then i said ok from where and he said that i was tracked to this service and that i live in California and i said well i live in canada then he said i am so sorry sir i have the wrong number and hung up

i have recived three call from this number and the first call he said his name was scott daniels and that he was a lawyer and then a few minutes after when i asked him why he was calling again he said that he was calling from a pay day loan office and that he was a collection agent then when i asked him how i did this cause im under age he hung up..

two minute later the number called again and i said may i ask who im speaking with and he told me his name was bob daniels and that he was from advance america and that he needed my social inshurance number and banking information and i said no now if u say my number was tracked i would like to know where it was tracked to and he told me that i am tracked to california and i said well thats funny because i have never been there and i have never lived there and that i was from canada and he said "O" sorry sir wrong number



then he called me and left a voice mail saying if i dont return his call i will owe more money and he said i should tell my friends and family before bad things happen


i have reported this to the police they gave me this number to reprt frad and they will stop this from happening so please help me put an end to this they need people to report information on  this guy hes stealling money its all fake he is being tracked and the people at this place called phone buster need more information to be able to stop this so please if you have recived a phone call from this guy call phone busters at 1-888-495-8501 this is real its not a scam please report this issue to phone buster if this has happened to you

He called me and left me a voicemail saying there was a lawsuit against me and bad things would happen to my family. I looked the number up before I called back and figured it was a scam. So when I called back, I said I got a call from this number and he asked for my name.  I gave my first name and then he gave me my last name. He said this phone call is recorded and monitored for security purposes. Then he gave me a list of reasons of why there is a lawsuit against me and to please not interrupt him. Which took over a minute enough to trace a number. After he was done, I told him that I had the cops tracing this number while he was listing these reasons and that he is a fraud. And he stuttered. I said you have a nice day and hung up.

Ya him and his buds threat me for a half a year called my family called my job threat my boss i told them off or just hug up scam scam scam. Dont beleve them. Oh one calld ask if i too blank.... preverts....

I got a message from this attorney scott daniels office stating I had a lawsuit pending and if I did not pay 200 dollars that day I could be arrested and prosecuted. He would not tell me who was suing me. Telephone number was 510-606-7361. Said I had to pay it in the form of a money pak or the sheriffs office would be on me. What do I do? Can you stop payment on a money pak if you can prove its a scam??

No you can't. These are wire transfers - CASH. Untraceable CASH. NO real business uses them. Only scammers and crooks, that's why they use them. ANY business that tells you that is the only form of payment they will take - SCAM, 100% every time.

I got a call from this guy and he said that he was going to arrest my husband and went over a bunch of charges and said that my husband owed $8000. I believed him for a minute but refused to pay. After I ended the call I contacted my local sheriffs office and San fransisco sheriffs office. He had given me a case number which was bogus. I contacted my attorney general and was certain this was a scam.I traced the phone number and found this site.  Now I am sure.
