This is a verbal notification for you in regards to a disbursement action that has been started on your name. My number is 510-629-3903 I repeat the number as 510-629-3903 If for any reason you're busy to call back, I would suggest you to have your retain attorney to do it for you as delaying calling us might end up into a legal mess for you. I have seen this same exact post for another number and name claiming the same thing  I have reported this to the fraud dept US treasury very easy to do  

We got the EXACT same message as the one posted above. And then continue to joke about it during dinner....

Received the same phone call today from the same person (Lee Jones).  I have also reported it to the US Department of Treasury.

Call from somebody about "legal action started against you, call back at this number immediately".  Guy had a foreign accent, maybe Indian, English a second language for him obviously, felt like he was on a tight script. Gave me the same vibes as all those "We're from Microsoft, you've been hacked, give us access (so we can hack you ourselves)" calls, glad to see my assumption it was a scam was correct.

got this exact call today same script and accent. What disturbed me is he had my name - which is not on my greeting. So they were not just auto-dialing they had a name and number list from somewhere.  Glad to see it was a scam.

Just got this message on my answering machine. The person they were looking for was one of my children who hasn't lived here for years. I'm guessing that they got the name and number from the Florida "SunBiz.org" site where they're probably culling corporate information. Either that or they're scouring the WHOIS database looking for domain ownership information which is very easy to find.

Got the same call.  Very creepy!  Hope they get caught.  Does anyone know who to report this too.  Tried to call us treasury in DC but can't get a live person.  Mailbox is full.

I got the same message on my voice mail.  Good to know they are sticking to their script. I assumed it was a scam.  Thanks to this site so I could see that others are getting this same scam call.  Frustrating.

Got a call from 909-666-5751 Rialto CA. Same message. Blocked both numbers. Really thankful for all that use this site, and thanks for reporting these creeps.

Exact same message on my home number. Won't be calling them back.  Thanks for the info!
