I have received numerous calls from this number telling me that they can re-write my business mortgage. Today I again asked them to stop calling my number and the person replied " f*** you"

Answered the call. Caller ID has it as 'Richmond CA'. The guy on line says they can help with the mortgage.

got a call from some "Indian" accented man who demanded to know how far behind my mortgage is at this time. I haven't had a mortgage since 1991! When I demanded to know who he was, represented, and why he was calling me, the call was abruptly terminated. Scam artists!!!!

I have received several calls from this company claiming that they are calling direct from US BANK.  They are asking for payoff information and number of payments left.  BE CAREFUL - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

Several calls from a very thick accented person claiming that they were with US Bank Home Mortgage and that they could complete a home modification for me.  The initial call was very upsetting but I was smart enough not to give the gentleman on the phone any information and asked to call him back.  As I am currently in negotiations with US Bank for a modification, the call was rather startling to me as the man informed me that if I didn't pay ______ dollars the modification might not go through.  I asked who he was and asked for some additional details and more than anything I asked him why I had already received the modification documents if it wasn't already approved.  He put his supervisor on the phone who was very threatening that if I didn't pay _____ dollars then the modification would not go through and they would foreclose on my house for not completing the payment process of the modification.  I called my rep at US Bank and he explained that this mortgage help center is not affiliated with US Bank at all and he took all the information down that I had gotten.
