It's a robo call from Kaiser Permanente about some health reminder. You will get this right after you called them.

Got a call from this number saying it was Kaiser with "Helpful Information" for me and to call back a toll free number 1-844-654-6523. I did not call the number and blocked the number they called me from since it seems to obviously be a scam.

Ditto this, I'm hesitant to call and certainly not from my phone.  Maybe the next time I'm at Kaiser I will call the 844 number from their lobby phone and see what it's all about.

There should be a way to stop the Kaiser spam. What horrible abuse of private information

It is a legit call from Kaiser, 844 is a new Toll-Free prefix
Is a reminder to check updates from your KP.ORG personal page and that you will be receiving some items in the mail.
It also states can call 800-464-4000 for more info, I would think you could also opt-out of calls when you call that #

BS call to check your Kaiser personal page. Not the first time they have called, but I randomly picked up. Not sure why I needed to verify my identity when THEY called ME and it's not personal health information they are giving out. Last time they left a message with an 844 number to call. Glad I didn't waste my time with that. There HAS to be some way to prevent these calls. I ask for everything by email with Kaiser anyway. UGH.

This is how Kaiser and Kaiser salaries thrive, they outsource our health info.  Disgusting.

I contacted Kaiser about these calls and they said it is not them.

I think this is how that smear campaign gets its bad reviews about Kaiser. I have seen them posting flyers with false information all over the BART system.
