Keeps calling me, and I have told him before to explain why he is calling and he will hang up...then call back over and over...Harrashing me BAD!!!!

This man keeps calling saying he's suing me for a payday advance, that I have no knowledge of.He says he's a lawyer. He will not send me a letter, when I inquired about it, He says he sends only emails. He's harrassing me on my job.

This guy who can barely speak our language called to say that he wanted to speak to me about a matter and on the answering machine says that if I don't call him back that I will be in trouble    I have no clue who he is with and can barely understand this much.    If you cannot speak our language then don't call me as I can't understand you and why you are threatening me.

I got a call from these people saying that I owed them a pay day advance and that I was in trouble with the courts and they would be calling the police on me.I have never had a payday loan. They didn't even speak fluent english.
