The person at this number called about a formal complaint being filed against me said she was from
Shareline Network and gave me a number to call 844 302 5722. She also gave a case #. Fraud

Rude lady said I have a formal complaint and a case number told that's impossible she hung up on me ...FRAUD!!

Got a call saying there was a formal complaint filed against one of my employees and as I started to ask her detailed questions she hung up.

Called about an urgent message for a distant family member that is deceased.
I have not been in contact with that person for over 30 years.  My# is only 8 years old.
No idea how they connected me to this person. I suspect it's not legit.

Caller ID indicated "Rachel Sims". Ignorant sounding female said there is a formal complaint... yadda, yadda, and to call 844 302 5722. Same exact script as the others have stated. FRAUD

I asked who Rachel Sims was, she said it was her manager.

I lodged a complaint with FTC at donotcall.gov, please do the same. If enough complaints are made they will stop the scam.

My grandmother received a phone call from a rude lady, my grandmother told her she didn't speak English to hold on. When I got the phone a man was saing he was trying to reach my mother because someone filed a formal complaint about her and gave me a number 18443025722 and a case number, along with them saying she had to contact the to avoid going to court but when asked more the would respond and kept saying the same thing.... After reading the post I'm thinking fraud.

Received call this evening. Pretty much as all other phone calls above telling me there is formal complaint against me and that I need to call 844-302-5722 with a case number.  Received this same call at work last week from Rachel Sims and she even indicated someone had tried to serve papers at my home and they were going to serve them at my place of work if I did not call the number within an hour. I did call law enforcement and they stated it sounded like a scam. Was told the next time they call to tell them to have the process server meet me at the law enforcement center. The guy tonight argued briefly that they don't do that and then hung up on me. They also call using 337-214-5116.

I got a call from shareline networks, they said that there was a complaint and a case against me, her name was lilanna Rodriguez and as soon as I started asking questions she hung up.  I tried calling the number (5122211859) back and all I got was a basic voice mail, nothing sounding professional.  They also wanted me to call this 18443025722 number.  I'm not going to call it.

THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR and their tactics are very unlawful. They are just trying to scare someone into paying so they can be paid a percentage of the debt collected or if its a write off debt then they keep all of the money collected.
They call you saying there is a formal complaint filed against you and then proceeds to give you another number to call before you are served with court papers. The 844-302-5722 number they give you is a toll free number to the same people that just called you to begin with. Also the case number that she gives you to reference is her badge number so she gets a percentage of the collected amount.
