other sites show this number to belong to Time Warner Cable. So annoying!

It is Time Warner sales. I marked it as Time Warner and answered it the next time they called. When she started the sales pitch, I politely asked her to remove me from the call list. She immediately agreed and said that TWC follows strict guidelines to adhere to the Do Not Call registry and my phone number would be removed within 30 days. She confirmed my number, said that I may receive a few more calls in the next 30 days, but no more after that.

Am on the No Call List - still receiving repeated calls from theis number - counted 6 in one day .  After I answered the first call and received no reply I realized it was a pre-recorded message trying to sell something so I hung up - a telemarketer.  Now just bothered with the constant calling.
