Called no msg I called back but it said the number is disconnected

Called me three times so far today - I finally picked up on the third.  Caller had thick indian accent and couldn't understand what he was saying aside from that he was in Austin, TX.  Told them to stop calling and hung up so I didn't really stick around to get any more information.  I asked what company he was with and he said "No ma'am, we are not a company".

called and asked for husband. told him he wasn't here and he hung up. Tried to call number back and I got the message that the number was disconnected.

calls all day answered one and lady didn't know english
